2011 Event Retrospective...MISSION: POSSIBLE
THANK YOU to everyone who participated and donated to our 2011 Beats for Boobs™ events! Your efforts and generosity will enable us to grant out $32,700 to our local beneficiaries in each of the communities where the three events were held!
A retrospective of MISSION: POSSIBLE…. This past October, the Beats for Boobs™ team was on the case to increase awareness about prevention and raise funds to support people battling breast cancer. By empowering our agents — the artists, educators and activists in our community — Beats for Boobs™ honored its eighth year of uniting thousands of people in a collaborative celebration of art, fashion, food and music. In 2011, three cities had the common mission of supporting locally-focused breast cancer organizations that spend every day investigating preventative measures and working with survivors. Beats for Boobs™ 2011 was celebrated in San Francisco, Seattle and our newest addition…the city of angels, Los Angeles! The assignment of our attendees, volunteers, and participants was to accept that this is a MISSION: POSSIBLE, because we are all change agents for the future...

The founding city of Beats for Boobs celebrated its 8th year of fundraising! The flagship event returned to Mezzanine with live aerials performances, a spy-inspired fashion show, a photo flip-book booth, and an all-female DJ line up.

Beats for Boobs Seattle returned for its 2nd year! The 2011 event was held at The Crocodile enowned as the city’s best live music venue, and featured a rousing DJ line-up with all the tunes spun exclusively on VINYL!

This year we were proud to announce our newest event – Los Angeles! The premier event was held in Hollywood at Key Club and featured incredible raffle prizes, a variety of culinary delights, and fashion show featuring emerging LA designers.
